Looking for a Medical Director and New Board Members

This class is open for anyone to register for. No need for a referral from your family doctor. In person classes are at the Edmonton Community Health Hub North and virtual classes are held via Zoom. 

Steps to register for a class:

1. Find the class you would like to attend and call 780-473-7131.
2. A few days before the class start date, you will receive a reminder phone call or text. 
3. If you are attending a virtual group, you will receive an email with a link to the virtual group, along with an electronic copy of the class materials. If you are attending a group in person, you will receive class materials at your class. 
4. You can also download the class materials from the class description, there is a link there.

This class requires a referral from a primary care provider who is a member of the Edmonton North Primary Care Network. 

Steps to get a referral:

1. Book an appointment with your primary care provider
2. Ask for a referral to this class
3. Our staff will contact you once we receive your referral to book you into this class
