Edmonton Community Health Hub North

The Edmonton North Primary Care Network (PCN) and Alberta Health Services (AHS) will open a new healthcare building in Edmonton in the later part of 2022.

Located in the former Canadian Tire store on Fort Road, the building will support the PCN team from our current Northgate location, as well as AHS’ Edmonton Zone addiction and mental health and home care teams.

Some onsite services will also be available to the public including:

  • Addiction and mental health supports including AHS’ Access 24/7 program
  • Health promotion and disease prevention programming
  • Clinic options for assessment, treatment and programming for people with complex health needs

The building is one way the PCN and AHS are working together to improve the delivery and coordination of care in the community for people in the Edmonton area.

Steps to register for a class:

  1. Find the class you would like to attend and call 780-473-7131.
  2. A few days before the class start date, you will receive an email with a link to the virtual group, along with an electronic copy of the class materials.
  3. You can also download the class materials from the class description, there is a link there.
