Moving from Northgate Centre – September 2 – 9

We are days away from our current location in Northgate Centre moving to the Edmonton Community Health Hub North! While we move, there will be some changes to how services are accessed for patients who have appointments with us.

On Friday, September 2 from 12:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., both locations (Northgate and Rundle Health Centre) will be closed and we will be unreachable by phone. If you require immediate health support, please call Health Link at 811.

Both locations will be closed on Monday, September 5 for the Labour Day long weekend.

From Tuesday, September 6 – Friday, September 9, our Northgate Centre location will be moving. This means will be closed to in-person appointments for the week and all appointments will be held virtually. The office at Northgate will also be closed as we pack and move to the Edmonton Community Health Hub North. We will be reachable by phone at 780-473-7131 should you have any questions.

Services at Rundle Health Centre will remain unchanged this week.

As of Monday, September 12, we will be seeing patients in person at the Edmonton Community Health Hub North, located at 13211 Fort Road NW.

We appreciate your understanding as we move and we look forward to welcoming you at our new location on Monday, September 12! If you have any questions, please call us at 780-473-7131.
