Our Northgate Location has Moved to the Edmonton Community Health Hub North

It’s official! The Edmonton North PCN’s location in Northgate Centre has moved to the Edmonton Community Health Hub North, located at 13211 Fort Road NW. We are excited to be seeing in-person appointments as of Monday, September 12, 2022.

We are excited about the opening of the Edmonton Community Health Hub North. This building is a partnership between the Edmonton North PCN and Alberta Health Services to meet the needs of the patients and clients we serve. To learn more about this collaboration, visit Together4Health.

As a patient of the Edmonton North PCN, you will continue to receive the same high quality health services as you did at Northgate, just in a brand new space. We look forward to welcoming you to the Hub at your next in-person appointment!

Our other location, Rundle Health Centre is still in the heart of Beverly and the move from Northgate does not affect any services there.

This class is open for anyone to register for. No need for a referral from your family doctor.

 

Steps to register for a class:

  1. Find the class you would like to attend and call 780-473-7131.
  2. A few days before the class start date, you will receive an email with a link to the virtual group, along with an electronic copy of the class materials.
  3. You can also download the class materials from the class description, there is a link there.
