Addictions

Through partnership with Alberta Health Services, Rundle Health Centre is proud to have an Addictions Counsellor on site on Tuesday afternoons.

Addiction Counsellors provide care, support and counselling for clients recovering from drug, alcohol, gambling, and nicotine related concerns. The care is provided in a client centered model through a trauma informed lens. And, the addiction counsellor provides supports across the entire recovery journey including detoxification, maintenance and harm reduction.

  • Services at Rundle Health Centre are available to you if you have a T5W, T5A or T5Y postal code. You do not require a referral. You can either call or walk in to book an appointment.

  • Access 24/7 provides walk-in mental health support and crisis intervention. In-person services are available at the Edmonton Community Health Hub North, 13211 Fort Road or by calling 780-424-2424.
  • The Distress Line provides crisis intervention, emotional support and resources to people in crisis or distress Call 780-482-4357, support is available 24/7.
