How to Register for Classes?

Classes are open for anyone to register for. No need for a referral from your family doctor.

Steps to register for a class:

  1. Find the class you would like to attend and call 780-443-7477
  2. A few days before the class start date, you will receive an email with a link to the virtual group, along with an electronic copy of the class materials.

If you are unable to attend, please be sure to give us a call at 780-443-7477 two business days prior so we can try to book someone else in your spot.
