PCN Support During
COVID-19

Since mid-March, our way of life has drastically changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This has meant changes to how services are offered at the Edmonton North PCN. Especially now, your health is important to us and we are still here to support you and your well being.

Appointments at both Northgate and Rundle are mostly being held either over the phone or via video conference with both clinicians and specialists. All classes are currently cancelled. There are a few appointments we offer that do require in-person appointments, like women’s health or dermatology procedures. Our priority when you are in the clinic is your safety and all cleaning and safety recommendations are in place.

Your family doctor is also here to support you during this time. We recognize some may be hesitant to see your doctor but most are also offering phone or video appointments. Your health is their priority and health conditions can worsen so be sure to connect with your family doctor as needed. We appreciate your understanding as we move through the changes that COVID-19 has brought us and as we continue to support your heal.
