If you live in the Beverly and Abbottsfield communities in Edmonton or have a T5W, T5A or T5Y postal code, Rundle Health Centre can help you improve your health and quality of life. 

As part of the Edmonton North PCN, Rundle Health Centre, you can access a team of behavioural health consultants, registered dietitians, nurses, exercise specialists and mental health professionals to provide resources, information and support for your health and wellbeing. If you have a T5W, T5A or T5Y postal code, no referral is required. Services are funded by the Government of Alberta and are free.

We can help you with:

  • questions about medications, taking them properly, and side effects
  • where to go for lab work or the location of specialists
  • completion of forms or referral to other organizations
  • support dealing with stress, loss, grief, or loneliness
  • addressing tobacco use, smoking, alcohol consumption
  • eating better, increasing physical activity, and feeling less stressed and happier
  • caring for your feet and diabetic foot exams

Steps to register for a class:

  1. Find the class you would like to attend and call 780.473.7131.
  2. A few days before the class start date, you will receive an email with a link to the virtual group, along with an electronic copy of the class materials.

This class requires a referral from a primary care provider who is a member of the Edmonton North Primary Care Network. 

Steps to get a referral:

  1. Book an appointment with your primary care provider
  2. Ask for a referral to this class
  3. Our staff will contact you once we receive your referral to book you into this class
